I Think The Differences Are Spar Spacing For The Tailwind Is 25”, 24” For Cougar, Gear, Wittman’s Patent Was In Full Swing, Trim On A Cougar Is Cub Style, Sloppy Ones Known To Flutter.

It has a rajay turbo. That’s a handsome little airplane. The original wing construction is built up wing with ply wood skins. The tailwind was designed for speed! i just think it is one of the best looking high wing monoplanes you can build, but would prefer to fly something a little slower and in the lsa.
